– He was allegedly arrest over involvement in a procession against the secret trial of Nnamdi Kanu

The former New Media Director to the Peoples Democratic Party, Prince Deji Adeyanju has been allegedly arrested by men of the Nigeria Police.

Adeyanju, who is also a convener of Concerned Nigeria group was arrested at the Unity Fountain with another leader of the movement, Brian Jonah Dennis in Abuja on Friday.

He was allegedly arrest over involvement in a procession against the secret trial of Nnamdi Kanu

Kanu in his tweets said police manned the Unity Fountain to stop the ‘no secret trial’ procession for Nnamdi Kanu, the detained leader of Indigenous people of Biafra (IPOB).

He later tweeted that he has been arrested.

According to the statement, the new leadership is expected to work under the leadership and command structure of IPOB leader, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and his deputy, Uche Mefor.
