Kieran Richardson and Marouane Chamakh have both left Cardiff after less than three months at the Championship club.
The pair were signed as free agents on short-term deals in the week Neil Warnock arrived as Cardiff manager at the start of October, but struggled to make an impact.
Former England midfielder Richardson, 32, started only two league games and made four further appearances from the bench.

Former Arsenal striker Marouane Chamakh has also moved on from the Championship side
And Morocco striker Chamakh, also 32, made only two substitute appearances and has not figured since the 2-1 defeat at Newcastle on November 5.
'They have left this week,' Warnock said ahead of his side's trip to Championship leaders Brighton on Friday.
'They have been good professionals, but we need to manipulate this squad and those two are easy as their contracts are up.
Neil Warnock's side currently sit 19th in the Championship, four points off relegation
'They will both find clubs.'
They leave at a time where Cardiff are struggling at the wrong end of the table, currently sitting 19th, just four points clear of the relegation zone.
Cardiff have won just four of their 12 games since Warnock took charge, as the veteran replaced Paul Trollope following his sacking.
